dc.description.abstract English is widely spoken language in the modern contemporary decades. Millions of people are trying to learn it for various goals. There are many methods and approaches to the teaching of a foreign language. The education system is an influential indicator of the expansion of a society. As the evaluation of science and technology requires innovation in every field, it also affects the educational process. As the world develops and changes, education also increases. Reading is probably the most major skill that language learners need to acquire. It serves as your learners’ link to the language and culture of the English speaking world. It can also help with other important ESL skills such as speaking, listening and writing. Learning this international language requires mastery of all four language skills. Therefore, mastering these language skills need to well design teaching techniques. Reading is one the four language skills and so there should select activities, approaches, techniques and procedures carefully and effectively.
