Abstract

The topicality of the research. With the advent of globalization of the educational system of most developed countries are in a constant state of modernization and reform. The pace of innovation in the field of education of Kazakhstan is among the best. This process goes on continuously and the main goal of educational reforms in Kazakhstan is adaptation of educational system to new socio-economic environment. The President of Kazakhstan also set the task about entry of the Republic in number of fifty most competitive countries of the world. Improving the system of education plays an important role in achieving this goal.
